FONDO FORMACION EUSKADI S.L.L. (ES) is a human capital organization whose mission is the development of people and improvement of organizations. Nowadays, FFE has about 160 professional workers (25 worker-partners, 30 management and administration professionals, 110 trainers) with different profiles. Activity areas: occupational and continuous vocational training, consultancy and advisory to companies, management by competences, selection and evaluation of human resources, employment training plans, local development projects, professional guidance and advisory and support to learning. FFE has a wide experience as a coordinator of transnational cooperation projects for the research, development and innovation in the improvement of competences: Leonardo Pilot Project, Socrates, Leonardo TOI, Grundtvig. FFE was the coordinator of previous AGORA Project. Fondo Formación Euskadi manages specific programs of training in Commerce Sector.

 

 

 

Role:

 

Based on the former AGORA experience, FFE will supply strong feedback on AGORA project to other partners and ensure cooperation between Spain and other partners. FFE will also be the leader of WP-3 Implementation and testing the “AGORA” system, together with CCI ALAVA, and analysis of further informal learning practices developed after AGORA project towards small scale urban commerce in Spain, and adaptation of the college graduates training module into AGORA tools within the scope of the transfer, who will likely be occupied in small scale urban commerce. FFE will be responsible for design, planning and realization of the dissemination seminars, valorisation and dissemination of localized output and the project portal including but not limited to regular national conferences that will be attended, introducing the project results & products for a wide usage by the beneficiaries in Spain - by using media, seminars and meetings in the scope of dissemination, valorization and evaluation.
